became dealers in rare, out-of-print, and secondhand scholarly books following extensive
experience in both scholarly publishing and the new-book business. Now we travel throughout
the United States and Canada acquiring interesting books and bringing them back to our
book-warehouse, adjacent to our home on thirty very hilly acres of woods and prairie in
northeastern Kansas. From this unlikely spot issues forth a steady stream of books to researchers
